    weil die hinten Gewindfedernbeine zu lang für Kadett waren, wurden die 70 mm kürzer gemacht und drinnen wurden die Dämpfer vom Kadett installiert

    I'm sorry, but my German is not so strong, so I'll try to tell You my thoughts about front suspension in English.


    I'm planning to cut coilover parts with thread and weld it to Kadett's front strut. Drop arms will be moved lower, closer to the steering knuckle. Then I'll install there springs and shock absorbers from coilovers.


    To install rear coilovers I'll modify top part of rear arches, strengthen them, and, of course, I'll need to remake bottom mounting of the schock absorber on the rear axle beam.

    that's what i thought too!
    if you didn't find a coilovers for kadett, why you did not use it from astra, vectra, calibra or so?
    it's much easier then modify this from golf.

    All, what I found, was H&R and KW. And that's from 750 to 1200 euro. Thats too expensive for me!
    There is one more reason - coilovers for Opel's will not let me lower Kadett as much, as I want.

    okay, but sometimes there are used ones in ebay or so, for maybe 300euro or so.
    and then you did not have to modify so much.
    only plug and play ^^
